Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 Cups Water (Warm).
In an electric mixer, add the following (use minimum amounts for crusty, chewy, French-type bread and maximum amounts for soft, fine-grained, delicate bread):
Add the following eggs (egg whites will give dough fine texture and leave bread white, whereas whole eggs will give dough the same texture but a creamy color):
Add the following flour and beat 5 minutes at medium speed.
Add the following flour in a large bowl or roaster. Pour batter on top and stir rapidly until flour is all moistened.
