  1. Mix all ingredients. Rub onto meat, wrap up and let sit overnight before smoking. Prepared mustard can be used on meat prior to rubbing in order to help bind the rub.

The recipe makes about a pint of rub. All amounts are in Tbsp, so a different measure can easily be used in order to make less.
