Instructions
  1. Combine stuffing mix, chicken broth and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook in microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.
  2. Place green beans and onions in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Season all sides of the turkey breast with mixture. Place in the slow cooker and surround the turkey breast with the sweet potatoes.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together mushroom soup and white wine. Pour over turkey and sweet potatoes. Spoon stuffing mixture around the turkey breast.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Near end of cook time, add flour to thicken juices, if necessary.
  6. For Stuffing Mix: Cut up day-old French bread (or favorite bread) into cubes. Bake in oven at 350F about 15 minutes. Add seasonings.
